a. Time Frame: You may return most items within 07 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging.
b. Non-Returnable Items: Certain items are non-returnable, including but not limited to:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, Sweets, Whipped cream, Fruits)
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Hazardous materials or flammable liquids and gases
2. Return Process
a. Initiate a Return: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at agromartbd2021@gmail.com or 01999096333 with your order number and reason for the return. Our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and further instructions.
b. Pack and Ship: Securely pack the item(s) in the original packaging and include the RMA number and a copy of the original receipt. Ship the package to the following address:

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
c. Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please note that the original shipping charges are non-refundable.
3. Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for a different size, color, or model, please contact our customer service team to arrange the exchange. We will process the new item once we receive the original item in its original condition.
4. Damaged or Defective Items

5. Sale and Clearance Items
